WATER CHANGES TO VAPOUR . THIS PROCESS IS CALLED EVAPORATION. THEN, VAPOUR CHANGES TO DROPS OF WATER (LIQUID). IT IS CALLED CONDENSATION. CLOUDS ARE FORMED FROM DROPS OF WATER AND THEY TURN INTO RAIN. RAIN FALLS TO THE RIVERS, DAMS AND THEN FINALLY TO THE OCEANS. THIS PROCESS REPEATS.

A collaboration between Resource Center & English Panel, we have come up with an activity and the respective activity is READ WITH PETER & JANE. A box consists of Peter&Jane's book at variety level is placed in the library. During English Lesson, teachers can either take the box to the class or run the activity in the library itself by using those books. Leisure reading is pretty much suggested so that pupils are not restrict to any summary writing or something similar. The major reason of this activity is just to develop their reading habit. Other books included are Phonics Books and Book related to vocabulary in bilingual.

When we think of habits we often times think of those negative nagging things we do that we don't want to, or know we shouldn't. But, believe it or not there are such things as 'good' habits things that enhance your life, sharpen your mind, and bring fulfillment every time they are successfully carried out. I believe that reading is one of those habits that if developed in a persons life will bring great satisfaction, and sense of accomplishment to the reader. Two things to note: 1) A reading habit is 'developed' it doesn't happen over night. 2) They say it takes 6 weeks to develop a lasting habit, but only two to break it (that doesn't refer to addictions, but to habits).

Set a time or two times during every day that you will read. For example in the morning with a cup of coffee, in the after noon at a lunch break, first thing after work, in the evening after the kids are down. I do not suggest making it the last thing you do before you go to bed. I say pick tow times that way if you miss the first you have a back up time, or if you’re not able to dedicate the whole allotment of time to the first you can make it us during the alternate time.

Purpose or determine to read 10 pages everyday. If you’re new to this I suggest starting with ten pages, if you have accomplished this then move up to 15 or 20 pages a day. Two things that will happen are; you will develop a reading habit and you will read roughly 12 books in a year. That's why I suggest the book mark that you can write on, so you can keep track of all the books you read in a year’s time.

The last step is don't give up. Even if you miss a day or two, or maybe a week because of a hectic schedule, don't give up. Stick with the plan, and sooner or later you will develop a reading habit and you will find yourself more informed, mentally sharper, and more satisfied with your sense of accomplishment.

Bestari Solat dijalankan seperti yang di rancang oleh Panitia Agama Islam. Semua murid-murid tahun 1, 2, 3 & 4 terlibat. Setiap guru yang tidak mengajar m/p Pendidikan Agama Islam akan bertugas sebanyak 3 kali dalam setahun. Sepanjang tahun 2009 Bestari Solat perlu dijalankan 4 kali mengikut takwim sekolah yang telah disusun pada awal tahun.

Pada 26.07.2009 (Ahad), beberapa orang guru SK Telok Bahang telah mengambil bahagian didalam Pertandingan Tenpin Bowling anjuran NUTP yang bertempat di Kompleks Bukit Jambul, Bayan Baru Pulau Pinang. Pertandingan disertai seramai "120 orang guru" dari seluruh Pulau Pinang". Penyampaian hadiah telah dilakukan oleh Encik Tan Boon Seong, Pegawai NUTP Pulau Pinang.Ianya bermula dari pukul 12.00 tengahari hingga pukul 2.00 petang.

PKG Tanjung Bungah telah menganjurkan bengkel pembinaan KIOST PSS & membuat Book Stand pada 21.- 23 Julai 2009. Semua GPM PKG Tanjung Bungah hadir ketiga-tiga hari tersebut termasuk saya.

Puan Hajah Noor Rani taught her pupils on constructing sentences, at this time, she taught in class 6 Cemerlang. She frequently uses the computer lab to teach English using exercises uploaded on net and it somehow increases the pupils interest and particapate actively in the lesson.

Today, ICT is an integral part of our everyday lives. Children especially have an intuitive grasp of how technology works. They love to use it to play and to learn.It is no surprise, then, that ICT in the classroom has been linked with positive improvements in attainment and motivation.

The benefits and advantages of computers in the classroom are many and varied:

  Today's workplace is dominated by computers, technologies, applications and devices that children already love to use in the rest of their lives. ICT is the learning and teaching tool of the 21^st century.

  Teaching using ICT offers teachers the chance to inject new passion into their subjects, to adopt fresh approaches, pool ideas and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.
• ICT helps schools to maximise ALL their resources
  ICT saves valuable time and money by maximising the impact of teachers' efforts and streamlining management and admin processes. The 2003 ICT in Schools survey, for instance, reported that the majority of schools believe that ICT 'helps reduce teacher workload in terms of lesson preparation, planning and assessment'.

Pada 11.07.2008 kami telah menghadiri majlis kenduri kahwin Ustazah Sapinah di Pendang, Kedah. Semua warga SK Telok Bahang mengucapkan SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU dan semoga berkekalan ke sehingga akhir hayat.

Walau apapun keputusan UPSR, bukanlah satu penghalang untuk terus berusaha bagi mencapai apa yang dicita-citakan.
